Dockworker Bryn

Known Reputation

Bryn is considered:

• Hard working

• A bit strange

He has worked the docks since he was about fourteen years old.

Most villagers describe him as:

"Good lad. Nervous as a rabbit, but he works harder than most."

Role in the Village

Bryn helps with:

• unloading fishing boats

• hauling crates and barrels

• repairing dock lines

• keeping watch for incoming vessels

Because of this, he is often one of the first people to see ships approaching Moonrest.

If something arrives by sea, Bryn usually notices.

Personality

Villagers would say Bryn:

• talks too fast when nervous

• apologizes constantly

• startles easily at sudden noises

Despite this, he is considered trustworthy.

No one believes Bryn capable of deliberate harm.

The Telescope

Many villagers recognize the broken telescope.

They know Bryn found it washed ashore several winters ago.

Since then he has carried it almost everywhere.

When asked about it, he usually shrugs and says:

"Just something interesting that washed in."

Relationship with the Village

Bryn is well liked but not deeply respected.

People tend to treat him like a younger brother who needs looking after.

Even Elder Saelin has been known to quietly ensure Bryn has enough food through the winter.
