SebSebastien proves to be aheroa hero by running into the room and turning on the water which supporessessuppresses the Pulsebound, limiting its ability to move and heal. Aethlwynn targets the feeder roots managing to injure two and kill one with her Caustic Blasts. Sebastien injures two feeder roots with his Haunting Hymn. Salus proves invaluable at keeping Athswold and Guru fighing.

Finally Guru kills the Pulsebound

As Guru kill the pulseboundand we releasethink we can relax, but there is a mighty cracking noise as the creature hiding within.within the roots and brnigntbones theis feeder roots back to life.released. The creature glares with a steady malevolent blue lightlight, we can only watch as the feeder roots come back to life.

As Sebastien turns on the water again the creature retreats to the far side of the chamber. Aethlwynn surprises herself by critically hitting the creature with her Befuddle spell making the creature Clumsy, Stupefied , and Confused. Although it is now easier to hit it still fights fiercely and as Aethswold dealshits the killing blow.blow Thhewe think we have lost Guru. However he is a touch Dwarf and stabilises. 

Once the creatures body swayshas andcollapsed collapses.the Wewhole canchamber feelis quietness.eerily quiet. Salus needs all her healing powers to help Aethswold, Guru and Seb were all badly hurtSebastien.
